DAMN Tour

Kendrick Lamar has been the name on everyone's lips this year. After the masterpiece that was Pimp the Butterfly, anticipation for his follow-up record was almost impossibly high. And with DAMN, those expectations were met. DAMN debuted at number one on the Billboard 200 with 603,000 album-equivalent sales, and proved to be yet another collection of lyrical fireworks that once again raised the bar for all his contemporaries.

Dubbed the "new king of the West Coast", Lamar has followed in the footsteps of his idol Tupac Shakur. Originally an independent artist who released his materials on mixtape, he finally eschewed it for the big time in 2011 with his debut studio album "Section.80" (certified gold), followed by the critical smash "good kid, m.A.A.d city" a year later, earning him four Grammy nominations, including Album of the Year.
